We
had another Great month in August. We sold 280 homes. Our average sales
price was $134,781, down a little from July, but our median sales price
was $132,100 and it was up from July. Our days on the market dropped a
little to 122, but our inventory of homes also increased to 1445 single
family homes for sale. What does this mean to you? If you are looking
to buy a home it means that we are still in a buyers market and kids are
in schools so typically our market will start to slow down so you can
get a good house at a good price. If you are looking to sell a house
this means that homes prices are getting better and there are still
plenty of interested buyers in our market
