It is normally a choice you have to make, do I eat healthy or try and save money. Well I can honestly tell you that you can do both. I share with all my clients the importance of having an additional freezer and storage space for dry foods. This will help you save money by buying in bulk and purchasing extra while items are on sale. Normally foods that are healthy cost more, but there times your can find good deals. Since I have a large freezer I take advantage of the deals I find. For meats like beef and pork I go to Cospers Meat Market on Elms road. I purchase in bulk and can get a good deal on my meats. They offer packages and if you buy in bulk you can save. For Chicken and other things like bacon I order through Zayconfoods.com. They deliver a different product to our area once a month. The chicken they offer is 100 % natural chicken with no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients. It Comes directly from the processor and has never been frozen. And, Sold by the case — 40 lbs in each case and it normally cost around $75.00 a case. Normally you are paying around $1.89 a pound. With just those 2 places I keep my freezer stocked so I always have a good variety of healthy food at a low cost. I also have a back up generator in case of power outage that lasts for an extended period of time, for instance when a tornado, bad wind storm, or an ice storm goes through the area and damages power lines I have a way to keep my perishables cold and backup power for my home for heating or cooling depending on the time of year or in Texas the day of the week. For dry goods I keep an eye on the sales and coupons so I can buy extra when its available and save some money have have food stocked up just in case there is ever any in-climate weather and I can not go to the store to pick something up.

Our Markets Year End Numbers Are In Sales Increased 5.03% over 2012
Hello Everyone This is Brad Hammarlund with Exit Homevets Realty in Killeen TX. I work with people looking to sale their homes and also with people who are looking for homes for sale in Killeen TX, homes for sale in Copperas Cove TX, homes for sale in Harker Heights TX.
I am happy to share this information with you, this is good information for home owners in the Killeen Fort Hood area. Just a quick recap of our data for 2013. There were 2567 single family homes sold, that is up 5.03% from 2012 where we only had 2444 sold. Our average days on the market went up to 127 from 125. New homes sales were down 19.56% we had 724 verses 900 from 2012. This reflects on our average sales price it dropped by 5.61% at $129,551 down from 2012 at $137,254. The median price was $129,551 down 4.8% from 2012 at $132,358. Foreclosed sales went up to 507 homes sold and in 2012 it was only 309. So what does this information mean to you? This is saying that there are more people buying homes and less are looking at new construction homes. People are looking to save money and purchase an existing home. This is good news for home owners looking to sell a home. The builders have typically offered a brand new home at a price close to the resale market but their prices are increasing and that reflects in the price they offer their homes at, so as long as you do not over price your home you stand a good chance of selling your home for a good price. Also, when the prices of the new homes rise then the price of resale homes will increase and that means you home has appreciated. Just Sold 134 Jordan Loop Nolanville TX

Please Help me welcome Mickey To the Neighborhood. I represented the Seller of the property in this transaction. It was a little more complicated then the normal home sale due to the fact that it was a guardianship sale. For all those who have older parents this is something that you need to prepare for as they get older and can no longer handle their own affairs. Expect a little longer of a time fame to be able to sale their home due to the fact it will have to go through the court system and there will be additional documents that will be required to be filed and waiting periods after each document is filed. But I was able to get the sellers what he needed for the home and the peace of mind that his mothers affairs have been taken care of.
