Price Reduction at 1402 Miranda Ave in Copperas Cove TX

Why Rent When You Can Buy? Stop Throwing Away Your BAH

Did you realize that when you are renting you are paying someone else's mortgage, also the fees for the property management company, the taxes on the property, the insurance, and any additional profit the owners want to make?
You can buy the same type of home for a lot less.
Also when you rent you are under someone else's control. They dictate what you can and can not do. There is also no security after your lease is up that they will even renew your lease or that if they do they will keep your rent the same. Plus you have to worry if they are going to try and keep your deposit.

Unfortunately they will have a hard time keeping up on the market conditions if they are focused on another career. Ask around, find someone who explains the process to the people they worked with so they are up to date on the transaction.

Get pre-qualified. This will let you know that you can get a mortgage and it will also let you know what to can afford to buy. If your credit is not where it needs to be we can work with you and help get it up to be able to qualify for a loan.
