With the Temp on the rise things to think about.

Hello everyone this is Brad Hammarlund with Exit Homevets Realty in Killeen, TX. I work with both home sellers and buyers looking for home for sale in Killeen TX, homes for sale in Copperas Cove TX, homes for sale in Harker Heights TX, homes for sale in Nolanville TX.

With the temperature on the rise there are a few things to think about, Severe Weather, Gardens, and spring projects.
With the chance for severe weather you should always make sure you have a home emergency kit ready just in case. Things I like to keep in my kit are, First aid kit, flash light, bottled water, snacks, dry food, batteries, diapers, formula, wet wipes, water filter, camp stove, important papers, spare clothes, and something for self defense.
Now is the time to make sure you gardens are planted, fertilized, and  a set watering schedule.
Also before it gets to hot now is the time for spring projects. whether it is organizing the garage or shed, building a deck, gazebo, or a whole backyard retreat. Now is the time to get started before the temperature becomes unbearable.
Always remember to stay hydrated and make sure you have a detailed plan before you get started, this will make sure that you stay on track and that you will avoid delays trying to figure out what your next step is.
