Are you Thinking about selling your home?  PCS'ing, ETS'ing, moving out of the area, buying a new home, whatever the reason now is the time to make a very important decision on whom to list your home with.  Don't just go with whoever, or a friend of a friend, interview a few different agents. You don't want to pick the wrong real estate agent, if you do your house will sit on the market and hurt the value of your home. I am always willing to present my marketing presentation to you and prove to you I am the right agent to list with.
Also remember it is not wise to list with an agent who claims he will list it for the highest price possible, all this will do is put your house on the market and sit there till the listing agreement expires, when  I list a house it needs to be priced right I will not list an over priced house, you have to be competitively priced for your home to sell. I will present you with a competitive market analysis so you can see what you home is worth on the current market, and show you all of the homes on the market you are competing with, and all of the houses that were prices to high and sat on the market till the listing expired. After going over all this information with you I will work with you to come up with a good listing price so I will be able to successfully market your home to sell.
