There are supposed to be a lot of changes coming this year and the interest rates are expect to start climbing back up, The intrest rate is expected to be at 4.4% by the end of the year. Along with this there are going to be changes to FHA requirements, The word is that they are going to start requiring more money down and higher credit ratings to be able to qualify. With that being said Now is the time to buy your new home while interest rates are still low and before the home values get even higher.
