Why pay rent and pay someone the landlords mortgage?
Do you realize that every time you pay rent not only are you paying the mortgage payment ( including taxes and insurance) but you are also paying for the services of the property management company (usually 10% of the total rent), along with that you are also pay for extra money to be put back for maintenance and upkeep on that house, then the owners profit? WHY NOT INVEST IN YOURSELF!!!! Stop throwing away your money paying off another persons house and start owning your own home.
Didn't you move out of your parents house as a young adult because you were tired of following their rules? Now you are Paying someone to follow their rules! Doesn't make sense does it? Well its time to Buy a home and make some of your own rules.
