They offer packages and if you buy in bulk you can save. For Chicken and other things like bacon I order through Zayconfoods.com. They deliver a different product to our area once a month. The chicken they offer is 100 % natural chicken with no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients. It Comes directly from the processor and has never been frozen. And, Sold by the case — 40 lbs in each case and it normally cost around $75.00 a case. Normally you are paying around $1.89 a pound. With just those 2 places I keep my freezer stocked so I always have a good variety of healthy food at a low cost. I also have a back up generator in case of power outage that lasts for an extended period of time, for instance when a tornado, bad wind storm, or an ice storm goes through the area and damages power lines I have a way to keep my perishables cold and backup power for my home for heating or cooling depending on the time of year or in Texas the day of the week.  For dry goods I keep an eye on the sales and coupons so I can buy extra when its available and save some money have have food stocked up just in case there is ever any in-climate weather and I can not go to the store to pick something up.
