They are excited not only to finally become home owners and no longer throwing their money away in rent but to have saved so much money buying a VA Foreclosure. It can be frustrating purchasing a foreclosed home but we closed within the projected time frame and they were able to get this beautiful house at a fantastic price. Also with getting them with the correct lender they were able to get in with only have to pay for the inspection everything else they spent was refunded to them at the time of closing. Their home has a large front and back porch, privacy fence, large master suite with his and her closets, dual vanities, and separate tub and shower, and came with all the kitchen appliances.
