Sure it is going to be built to your specifications, but you need to make sure it will meet the appraisal value so your loan will not be denied. It might be better to have your home built with a few standard features that you can upgrade later so it does not drive up the sales price of your house and you are not financing and paying interest on them for the next 30 years.
