Hiring our Heroes Military Spouse Event

2013 Expected to be a Great Year for Real Estate

I just wanted everyone to know that this year is poised to be a great year for Real Estate. Home values have been steadily increasing over the nation last year and are expecting to keep moving upward. The inventory of homes on the market are starting to diminish, more and more people are buying homes. This is simple supply and demand, The less homes on the market the more valuable the existing homes are worth.

There are supposed to be a lot of changes coming this year and the interest rates are expect to start climbing back up, The intrest rate is expected to be at 4.4% by the end of the year. Along with this there are going to be changes to FHA requirements, The word is that they are going to start requiring more money down and higher credit ratings to be able to qualify. With that being said Now is the time to buy your new home while interest rates are still low and before the home values get even higher.

Fort Hood Army Wives Expo This Staurday
