 Well I am official now! I have been working with military buyers and sellers since I received my Texas Real Estate License but a little while ago they came out with a new certification and I just finished it today. So I am now officially a Certified Military Residential Specialist.  Just to make you aware that I do work with a lot of military and I have extensive knowledge of VA loans and the lenders to refer you to for the best home buying experience. Working with Military home buyers gives me a chance to honor the men and women of the United States Military and their families. The soldiers are often targeted by people who try to take advantage of military. Many soldiers are young, financially inexperienced, and transient, unaware of dishonest businesses. I like to think of myself as watchdog that stands between the warriors and the wolves.
